This two-day interactive morphology course is organized by the AEPC Cardiovascular Morphology working group. It will be delivered by an international faculty of experts in cardiac morphology and echocardiography in pediatric and adult congenital heart disease. This course is dedicated to “Ventricular septal defects”. It is aimed at both young and experienced clinicians who want to improve their knowledge of classification and morphology of the most frequent type of congenital heart defects. The program includes talks, video demonstrations of cardiac specimens with the various types of VSDs, followed by hands-on sessions to manipulate the hearts, coupled with augmented reality sessions.
